DJ AM Accidental Death from Cocktail of Rx Drugs and Cocaine
The toxicology report from the NY City medical examiner’s office showed the following drugs in Mr. Goldstein’s body:
- Ativan (lorazepam)
- Benadryl (diphenhydramie hydrochloride)
- Cocaine
- Hydrocodone
- Klonopin (clonazepam)
- Levamisol
- OxyContin (oxycodone hydrochloride)
- Vicodin
- Xanax (alprazolam)
